Yes. Choose from reserved dining tables, Beverly Bespoke (our semi-private dining space) and dedicated dining or bar areas. Other guests may be elsewhere in the venue. Your proposal identifies the area reserved for your event.

Yes. Cocktail events can include bar bites or canapés, with the layout and food format planned around your group. Whole-venue hire is also available for standing occasions.

The space, format, date and season shape your proposal. Minimum spends apply to selected reserved areas and exclusive hire. Our team will explain the inclusions and any additional costs before you confirm.

Group dining, group cocktails, Beverly Bespoke and Skyline Dining require a $25-per-person deposit, with the balance payable at the end of your event. Bar Takeover, half-venue and exclusive bookings require a deposit of 50% of the minimum spend, with the balance due 28 days before the event. Your proposal confirms the payment schedule.

A 7.5% service fee applies to group dining, group cocktails, Beverly Bespoke and Skyline Dining. It does not apply to Bar Takeover, half-venue or exclusive bookings. The half-venue fee is $2,500, including furniture rearrangement; the exclusive venue fee is $7,500. These venue fees form part of the agreed minimum spend.

For group dining, group cocktails, Beverly Bespoke and Skyline Dining, the cancellation notice period is 24 hours for fewer than 20 guests and 72 hours for 20 or more guests. A $50-per-person charge applies to cancellations within the relevant notice period.

For Bar Takeover, half-venue and exclusive bookings, cancellations within 28 days of the event forfeit the deposit. The remaining balance is waived, with nothing further payable beyond the cancellation forfeiture.

Smaller dining groups enjoy three hours. Half-venue and exclusive events generally run for four or five hours. Your proposal confirms the duration, arrival and finish times for your booking.

For restaurant group bookings of eight or more, the Chef’s Selection menu is required at $120 per person. Beverly Bespoke has a seasonal chef’s menu at $160 per person. Christmas event menus are priced separately.

For group bar bookings, a set bar-bites menu may be required depending on your group size, date and booking arrangements. Our team will confirm any menu requirement and price before you book.

Please include dietary requirements in your enquiry so our team can discuss suitable options. Final guest numbers and menu choices are due seven days before group dining, group cocktails, Beverly Bespoke and Skyline Dining bookings, or 14 days before Bar Takeover, half-venue and exclusive bookings.

For exclusive hire, a DJ can be arranged through our events team. Live music is not available due to the venue’s acoustic limitations.

For group dining, group cocktails, Beverly Bespoke and Skyline Dining, flowers, place cards and personalised menus are welcome, with 15 minutes for setup. Signage, balloons, candles and outside entertainment are not permitted.

For half-venue and exclusive events, styling and supplier plans are agreed with our team. Balloons, candles and confetti are not permitted.

External supplier access is not available for standard group bookings. Half-venue bookings allow 30 minutes for setup and exclusive bookings allow two hours; please agree supplier and AV arrangements with our team. Meeting facilities at The Loft are arranged separately, with combined booking terms confirmed in your proposal.

Beverly has lift access to Level 24 and accessible facilities. Tell us about any specific access requirements, or ask the team to arrange a time to view the spaces.

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during your event.
