Perfect for birthdays, long lunches, bridal celebrations and corporate gatherings, our Dining Room accommodates groups of 8–30 guests for a curated dining experience. Skyline Dining (31–45 Guests)

Front-row dining stretched along our iconic windows, featuring uninterrupted views and our $120pp Chef’s Selection menu — perfect for team dinners, product launches or sophisticated social events.

Half Venue Dining (46–60 Guests)
Enjoy exclusive access to one side of the rooftop for four hours, creating a private dining ambience while still immersed in the energy of the venue. Minimum spend applies.

Bar Takeover (29–50 Guests)

How do I secure a booking for my event?

To secure your date, a 50% deposit and signed agreement are required.Our team will then guide you through a seamless planning process tailored to your event.

When is final payment due?

For group bookings of 31–60 guests, full pre-payment is due seven days prior to your event date. Exclusive venue hire requires pre-payment twenty-eight days prior.

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes. Minimum spends apply for half-venue events, bar takeovers and exclusive venue hire, and vary by day of the week, time and season. Your events manager will confirm the applicable minimum spend for your preferred date.

What group sizes can Beverly accommodate?

8–30 guests: Group dining
31–45 guests: Skyline Dining
46–60 guests: Half Venue Dining

Can larger groups be seated together?

Smaller groups are generally seated on one table or in a defined area. Larger groups may be arranged across multiple tables or sections within your booked space, while we maintain a cohesive layout and flow for your event.

Do I need to select a set menu for group bookings?

Yes. For all group and event bookings, a Chef’s Selection or curated event menu is required. This ensures timely service for all guests and allows our kitchen to deliver a considered dining experience at scale.

Can you cater to dietary requirements?

Absolutely. We can cater to most dietary needs — including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free — with advance notice. Please share these details with your events manager prior to your final menu confirmation.

Do you offer beverage packages?

We offer Classic and Gold beverage packages featuring a selection of premium wines, beer and non-alcoholic options, plus a Zero-Alcohol package. Packages are available from four or five hours, depending on your format.

Can we add cocktails or spirits?

Yes. You can add a signature cocktail on arrival, or include spirits as an upgrade to your chosen beverage package. Your events manager can recommend options aligned with your event style.

Group dining: 3–4 hours
Skyline Dining: 3–4 hours
Bar Takeover & Half Venue: 4 hours
Exclusive Hire: Flexible based on event type

Can I bring a DJ or live entertainment?

Exclusive hire bookings may arrange a curated DJ experience through our events team. Live music is not available due to acoustic limitations.

Can I bring my own decorations or styling?

Bespoke florals and styling elements are welcomed with prior approval. We are unable to accommodate confetti, balloons or décor that cannot be removed at the end of the event. Any damage or additional cleaning incurred will be charged accordingly.

Can we arrange our own suppliers (AV, photographers, content teams)?

Yes, external suppliers may be engaged with prior consent. We can also recommend trusted florists and AV partners familiar with the space. All setups must comply with venue safety and access requirements.

Can underage guests attend events?

Under-18s are welcome when accompanied by a legal guardian and when your event aligns with our licence and booking conditions. For evening restaurant trade, underage guests must depart the venue by 4pm, however this restriction does not apply to exclusive events.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms vary by booking type and notice period. For events with a minimum spend, deposits are non-refundable within 28 days of the event date; additional cancellation fees may apply within 14 days. Full details are outlined in your booking agreement.

Can I reduce guest numbers after booking?

We understand numbers can shift slightly. Significant changes to guest count may impact your minimum spend, seating layout and final invoice. Your events manager will work with you on any adjustments where possible.

Is the venue accessible for guests with mobility needs

Yes. Beverly offers lift access to Level 24, wheelchair-accessible seating and accessible restrooms for guests requiring additional support.

Is parking available nearby?

Yes. Multiple paid parking options — including multi-storey and street parking — are available within walking distance, along with convenient public transport links via South Yarra Station and local tram routes.
