A NYE Beverly Soirée

For the first time, Beverly hosted a special New Year’s Eve celebration, offering vibrant perspectives above the heart of Melbourne. Guests were invited to enjoy unparalleled views to soak in the city’s energy and firework displays, creating a nostalgic and genuine evening.

Each aspect was considered. Including polaroid cameras to allow memories to be captured and left with, exclusively designed embroidered linen serviettes to enriched the beauty of hindsight. A core emphasis on premium, versatile culinary offerings fusing harmoniously to showcase the beautiful space, perfect for celebrations.

The warm ambiance, coupled with an individually styled black-tie affair, paid homage to the authentic spirit of a 90s Met Gala. This was distinctively approached with a seamless capture of Southern Californian vibrance, drawing inspiration from the desert modernism aesthetic that partially informed Beverly’s foundation.

Beyond the celebration, the NYE soirée seamlessly fused Beverly’s soulful identity with Perrier-Jouët’s enduring passion for the arts, creating an indescribable sense of liveliness.

Executive Chef David Ball presented a culinary journey centred around locally and ethically sourced ingredients. Guests soaked up the incredible firework display vantage point amidst the fun tunes courtesy of DJ Tommy Ohhh. The exclusive beverage offering included an extensive range of Perrier-Jouët Champagne, cocktails, and more. Focus placed on tailored, well-rounded decisions, from culinary to immersive design. Providing an authentic experience from start to end.
